The Russian tennis star teamed her laidback ensemble with a flowing brown cardigan and embellished clutch bag, accessorising with a delicate gold bracelet and two-band necklace.
Maria wore her signature blonde hair in a low bun with a middle parting, covering her make-up free face with a pair of dark sunglasses.
Although it is not known who the Olympic medallist was dining with, Bluebird is a popular celebrity haunt on King's Road.
The world's highest-paid sportswoman - who became world Number 1 aged just 18 - tested positive for recently banned substance Meldonium at the Australian Open in March.

The failed drugs test resulted in a suspension from the sport for the star, and she faces a potential four-year ban in a disciplinary hearing thought to be scheduled for June.
The sportswoman reportedly claimed to have been taking the Latvian-made heart medication on doctor's orders for the last ten years, and had failed to note it had recently become a banned substance.
The World Anti-Doping Agency said in April, after hundreds of athletes had tested positive for meldonium, that bans might be overturned due to a lack of clear scientific information on how long the drug takes to be excreted.
