The Real Housewives Of Orange County is back for season 11 and the series, which will debut on June 20, promises tons of new drama.

The most shocking moment from the trailer, which was released on Monday, is when cast member Vicki Gunvalson is caught on camera as she tells her ex boyfriend Brooks Ayers, 'I love you.'

The first look at the upcoming season also reveals that Meghan King Edmonds is undergoing IVF treatment with her former baseball player beau Jim in hopes of having a child.

It is unclear when Vicki told Brooks she loved him, with the scene in the trailer showing her in the back of a limo as she professes her affection and tells him she 'believes him.'

Brooks played a major role on the show's last season when it was revealed he may have lied about having cancer.

However, currently Vicki is in a relationship with former paratrooper Steve Lodge, who she has frequently posted photos of on her social media accounts in recent weeks.

The almost two-minute trailer also shows footage of the dune buggy accident that injured Vicki and cast member Tamra Judge were part of.

A dune buggy the pair were in rolled over several times during the April accident, sending both women to the hospital.

The show also has a new cast member in 40-year-old Kelly Dodd, who is back with her husband Michael after a reconciliation;.

The couple have a nine-year-old daughter named Jolie.

Kelly becomes friends with Vicki, much to the disapproval of her good friend Meghan and appears to be a fiery presence as she is seen at one point in the trailer calling one of the women a 'c***.'

Heather Dubrow, who is married to Botched star Terry Dubrow, is also seen in tears after the two fight.

Terry, a Newport Beach plastic surgeon, has a hard time balancing work and family, and says in the clip: 'I'm honestly a terrible father.'

When Heather finds out he is leaving on Mother's Day, she tells him: 'You'd say yes to everyone but us.'

Shannon Beador and her husband David are seen working on their marriage and share a sweet kiss after he appears to surprise her with a romantic evening.

Towards the end of the trailer, she in tears after she confronted him and said: 'I didn't push you to an affair,' before storming out.

Season 11 of the Real Housewives Of Orange County premieres on June 20 on Brave at 9 pm ET.
