On bed rest! Eight months pregnant Ali Fedotowsky reveals she has to slow down as she 'is in pain from having contractions every two minutes'

She is eight months along in her pregnancy.

And on Monday 31-year-old Bachelor and Bachelorette vet Ali Fedotowsky revealed she has been told to take it easy.

'My doctor has me on modified bed rest,' the blonde beauty told UsWeekly. 'I have this thing called uterine irritability where I have contractions all day. So, like, every two minutes I get contractions.'

The star has now been spending more time at hime.

'I have to direct my fiancé, Kevin [Manno], like, "Hey, can you do this? Can you do this?" she revealed.

'And I don’t like that. I like getting up and doing things. We’re trying to finish the nursery, but I just have to sit on the couch and watch him do everything. So it’s a little bit of a bummer.'

The ABC vet also said she's in pain. 

Their little girl is due July 13.

'Kevin is so excited. We went to Barnes & Noble the other day, and he picked out a daddy and daughter book and started crying in the middle of the bookstore,' she said. 'Like, he is so ready. He is already wrapped around her little finger.' 

Last week the reality princess said she had gained 25 pounds so far. In comparison, Kim Kardashian said she had gained 70lbs when she was pregnant with son Saint.

The reality star said she felt like she needed a tan.

'I need some color to keep my sanity. Ha!' she wrote.

On Wednesday she also said that she still wanted to look chic even though she was far along in her pregnancy.
