'I absolutely love you': Amanda Holden flirts up a storm with Wayne Woodward after being branded a 'MILF' by the jazz singer... as he wins BGT's second semi-final

The jazz crooner was announced as the first act to get through after dazzling viewers with his rendition of Frank Sinatra's That's Life - and it seemed nobody was more bowled over than Amanda.

The 45-year-old stunner sung Wayne's praises and even made reference to some of the cheeky, though seemingly flattering, comments that he had made about her in the press over the last week.

'I absolutely love you and thank you for all of your comments about me this week,' she gushed with a glimmer in her eye.

Asked to elaborate on the comments by co-judge Simon Cowell, Amanda affirmed: 'He said I was "a sort."'

The TV beauty was of course referring to a recent interview in The Sun, which saw the youngster say: 'Amanda, she’s a MILF, she is lovely.' 

MILF is a slang term for 'Mum I'd like to f**k'. 

Wayne also referred to the blonde bombshell as a 'sort' when posting on social media.

But Amanda wasn't the only judge blown away by Wayne's performance as Alesha Dixon also enthused: 'You have just got it. You have it in abundance. The way you perform is just effortless,' Alesha gushed. 

'You are alright,' Simon joked in his best attempt at a cockney accent. 'It's authentic. You're somebody that the public are going to root for.'

'It's like Frank Sinatra and Danny Dyer had a baby and it grew up into you and it shouldn't work but it does. You're a star and you owned that stage tonight.,' David praised.

Also making it through to next week's final was daredevil Alexandr Magala who left the judges on the edge of their seats - and with their hands over their eyes - as he performed a series of stunts that were so dangerous that they had to be pre-recorded rather than broadcast live.

Once in position, two sets of revolving drills were wheeled onto the stage by the pole, right underneath the performer who then let himself fall toward the drills, using the pole to stop his body from hitting them at the last minute, prompting screams from the audience.

'Are you certifiably mad?' questioned Simon. 'Why are you doing this? You nearly died.'

Justifying his hair-raising act, Magala replied: 'I want to show people not to be afraid to risk things for their dreams.'
