Rumours began to circulate earlier this month that model Lara Worthington (nee Bingle) is five-months pregnant with her second child.

And on Sunday, the Australian model chose to cover up her figure as she joined her movie star husband Sam Worthington, their son Rocket Zot and Lara’s mother Sharon for a walk around New York City.

In an off-duty look, the 28-year-old donned a loose-fitting zip-up jacket paired with yoga trousers as she walked around the leafy suburb with her small family in tow.

The Harper's Bazaar covergirl went makeup free as she picked up some cherries from a cart on the side of the road.

Lara looked to be in good spirits as she chatted with her Sydney-based mother, who arrived in the country a day earlier, all while holding tightly onto Sam's hand.

Last week, Lara opened up about the possibility of expanding her brood during an appearance on Today Extra, saying: ‘I would love to have more children, definitely.’

Speaking about Rocket's speedy development in terms of talking, she added: ‘He does a little bit but you can't really make out it, but he walked very early at 10-months so he's almost running now.

'He's an Aries baby so he's quite strong so when he doesn't want to eat something he doesn't want to eat it.'
