She spent her birthday on a romantic vacation to Turks and Caicos.

But it was time to be reunited with her brood of six as Kim Zolciak jetted home to Atlanta on Monday.

After her restful trip a recharged Kim was happy to see her family, sharing a Snapchat of the children singing happy birthday as they presented her with an iced cake.

But first the social media addict had one last bikini picture to share, before tucking into the sugary treat.

'Adios Turks & Caicos!!' she wrote. 'Blessed, Grateful, Thankful, Happy, Rested and Recharged. My amazing hubby planned the most perfect getaway.'

The 38-year-old was whisked away by her husband of six years, Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann for the short vacation.

'Thank you Kroy Biermann for making every little detail just perfect,' she wrote. 'I love your sexy self.'

The accompanying image showed Kim knee deep in the azure blue ocean, her sculpted post-baby body on display in a green bikini.

Kim also shared an image of herself on top of a rock kissing Kroy, taken by her teen daughter Arielle, who surprised her by gatecrashing part of the romantic getaway.

'Goodnight,' the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star wrote, adding a message to Brielle: 'Thanks Elle, I love that you captured this.'

On Monday Kim took to social media to document her journey home with husband Kory.

The couple played around together on the plane ride, with Kim sharing an image of a sleepy Kroy getting some rest under a straw hat.

She wrote of the 30-year-old: 'Stole my hat, then pretends to fall asleep, I think I'm slick waiting 15 min to take a pic And he bust out laughing.'

All together now: Kim was away for her actual birthday, but her children shared a cake with her on her return

The couple, who met in 2010 and married a year later, have four children together, while Kroy also adopted Kim's two daughters from a previous relationship.

And four-year-old Kroy Jagger (KJ), three-year-old Kash, and two-year-old twins Kane and Kaia were at home to greet the couple as they returned.

Kim shared a Snapchat of the group gathered in the kitchen to sing to her, captioning it 'happy (late) birthday mom! We love you!!'
