Seams like fun: Kate Moss parties until she tears her semi-sheer gown as she leaves Vogue 100 Anniversary post-bash looking bleary-eyed

She's the Vogue cover girl best known for her hard-partying ways.

So Kate Moss was determined to live up to her reputation on Monday night, as she celebrated 100 years of the British fashion magazine at their anniversary gala dinner held at The East Albert Lawn in Kensington Gardens in London.

Having hopped straight over to the afterparty, held at Tramp's Private Members Club, the supermodel only called it a night when her dress was completely ripped at the seams.
