Pink was left feeling flustered on Monday after she was surprised with a hug from Johnny Depp.

The 36-year-old had confessed to Jimmy Kimmel during an appearance on his late night show that the actor is her celebrity crush.

And the host then got Johnny to come out and say hello, causing Pink to blush profusely.

After getting a hug from the 52-year-old, Jimmy suggested he give the giggling pop star a kiss, and she replied: 'No, I’m good. I’m blushing. This is awful.'

Once he had left - but not before giving Jimmy a smooch on the lips - Pink admitted: 'Go away. That was awful. This sucks. I hate you. I hate you.'

Jimmy commented that she 'actually turned the colour' of her bright pink locks, and she replied: 'I do not get flustered. This is the worst day ever.'

Pink had earlier revealed that she has a soft spot for Johnny as well as Michael Keaton, adding: 'Beetlejuice just gets me every time.'

But the So What hit-maker said that she doesn't enjoy meeting her crushes because she 'can't talk', explaining that she once 'got under a table and left' after spotting Michael in a restaurant.

Pink has met Johnny once before however, but said: 'I don't think it went well. I don't feel like I nailed it.'

She explained: ' I didn’t want to meet him, my husband made me meet him which was so dumb. I was hiding behind records in a record store and I was like, “Don’t do this! I don’t want to meet him.” And he made me do it.

'I went up to him and I was like, “Hey, I saw Alice, I’m going to be writing a song.” He’s like, “You saw Alice Cooper?” I was like, “No, no, no I saw the movie Alice. Anyway, you were great.”

'He was like, “Oh, I thought you were telling me you saw Alice Cooper.” I was like, “No, I didn’t meet Alice Cooper!”'

Pink added: 'Anyway, and then he goes, “You just keep on pushing on.” I’m like, “Oh for god’s sake.” I’m like, “Thanks honey. That was great.”'

Johnny was also interviewed on the show, and spoke about being forced to publicly apologise for smuggling his pet Yorkshire Terriers into Australia.

The Pirates Of The Caribbean star said the country's Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce, who also serves as the Minister For Agriculture, looks 'inbred with a tomato'.

Johnny is still fuming that the politician led the fight to have him prosecuted over the incident, as well as threatening to have his beloved pooches euthanised if he failed to take them out of the country.
