Dermatologist Dr. Kiersten Rickenbach Cerveny, 38, was found dying in a doorway of a building in New York's Chelsea neighborhood with her parnties in her purse after a night of partying on October 4, 2015. The mother-of-three went on a drug binge with married TV executive, Marc Henry Johnson, 51, and his dealer, ex-con James Holder. The pair ended up carrying her lifeless body down the stairs and leaving her in the entrance as they fled. According to reports the two men were arrested late Tuesday by Drug Enforcement Administration agents and the NYPD for distribution. An autopsy found Cerveny died from an acute mix of cocaine and alcohol intoxication. In the hours before she died, she met up with Johnson during a girls night before going back to Holder's apartment. Surveillance video from the building showed Johnson and James 'Pepsi' Holder, 60, taking the doctor's limp body downstairs around 8.30 that morning.

Donald Trump has hit out at 'thugs' and 'criminals' who protested a rally in Albuquerque last night which turned violent when demonstrators trying to disrupt his speech clashed with riot police, set fires and sent people running in fear over the sound of a 'gunshot'. Around 100 protesters broke through a barricade outside the building shortly after Trump took to the stage, trying to throw rocks through a window and at police, and setting fires on the street outside. One officer said that a shot was fired from a pellet gun, and a second officer said it was a bullet - though subsequent reports have cast doubts over the 'gunfire'. Smoke canisters erupted through the streets as police tried to surround the protesters, while multiple officers are being treated for injuries and one protester has been arrested, police told Daily Mail Online. Trump took to his Twitter account on Wednesday morning to say: 'The protesters in New Mexico were thugs who were flying the Mexican flag. The rally inside was big and beautiful, but outside, criminals!'

A commencement speaker at a university in California was told to 'get off the stage' and booed at after she started talking about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. Maria Elena Salinas (left), a popular news anchor for Spanish language broadcast network Univision, gave the keynote address on Sunday morning for the commencement ceremony at the California State University, Fullerton. In her second speech, Salinas said: '... they blame us so much for so many things, that now they're even blaming us, the media, for creating Donald Trump (right). Imagine that.' At this point, yells and boos from the audience can be heard in the video.

Bill O'Reilly, 66, has filed a $10 million lawsuit against his ex-wife Maureen McPhilmy, who was seen yesterday picking up one of her children at school in Manhasset, New York. O'Reilly is accusing her of cheating on him - with the man she is now married to, former NYPD cop and now a Nassau County detective Jeffrey Gross (left). O'Reilly claims she used money from their divorce to finance their 'extra-marital relationship.' Gross was a widower with two kids of his own who friends describe as 'a family man, a great cop - they voted him detective of the year once.' During O'Reilly's prolonged custody battle with McPhilmy, it was claimed in testimony that O'Reilly dragged her down their stairs by the throat. 'Bill has a lot of money. He also has a lot of power. He's determined to hurt them any way he can,' says a friend of his ex.

The Frontier Airlines plane was forced to return to its gate at Denver's airport after the woman (right) jumped out of her seat and shocked passengers with her behavior. Footage shows the woman telling passengers, including children, the plane would crash before she threw herself onto the floor began punching and kicking the cockpit door (left, middle). The passenger who shot the video said the woman stripped naked and was escorted off the plane by police after he stopped recording.

Cook believes the children are not receiving adequate care with the man, who is thought to live with his elderly parents, because while she was pregnant he tried to force her to abort one of the healthy fetuses saying he couldn't afford to care for it. Her lawyers say a change in California law has robbed surrogates and the children of their rights, and argue the position is unconstitutional.

Arizona police have released bodycam video of the night an unarmed father was shot dead by cops after begging for his life. Police were called to a hotel in Mesa on Jan 18 after reports that a man was waving a gun from the window of one of the rooms. The shaky footage, published publicly on Tuesday, shows police moving towards Daniel Shaver's fifth-floor room and urging him to come out. The clip, however, omits the crucial moment Daniel Shaver, 26, (bottom right) was gunned down by Officer Philip Brailsford (inset) in Mesa on January 18. Shaver, a married father-of-two from Texas, was in the city for business relating to his work in pest control.

Homes were destroyed and at least two people were critically injured as severe storms swept across the Plains, the South and the Midwest on Tuesday, with up to 26 tornadoes reported across five states. Most of the damage was isolated to an area north of Dodge City, Kansas (main and top right), where a reported six homes were wiped out. However the National Weather Service received over two dozen reports of tornadoes just on Tuesday, from Michigan to Texas, with Nebraska, Oklahoma and northeastern Colorado in the crosshairs. The Kansas Adjutant General's Department said the storms in western and south-central parts of the state downed trees and power lines and damaged rural homes and outbuildings. The wife of a conservative Michigan lawmaker who wanted to defund Planned Parenthood has revealed that she had an abortion while at university after an unknown party threatened to expose her past. Stephanie Chatfield, 28, wife of Michigan State Representative Lee Chatfield (R-Levering), also 28, wrote in a Facebook post Friday about an incident in which she was apparently sexually assaulted at university, and the abortion that followed. And she claimed it came after an unknown party had threatened to expose her story.

Three white high school football players have been accused of raping a disabled, black teammate with a coat hanger. The teenagers allegedly forced the 18-year-old to the ground in the locker room as one assaulted him with the coat hanger and another kicked it several times. The football players - John Howard (left), 18, Tanner Ward (right), 17, and a 16-year-old - at Dietrich High School (inset) in Idaho have been charged with sexual assault. The alleged victim has learning difficulties and is the only black player on the high school football team. He claimed in a $10million lawsuit that he was called a 'n*****', a 'chicken eater', 'Kool-Aid' and 'watermelon', as well as a litany of other racial slurs. He claims teammates would 'hump' him and simulate anal sex by jumping on him from behind during football practice. He was also allegedly stripped naked on a bus and forced to sing a Ku Klux Klan song while other players displayed a Confederate flag. The black teenager also claims that Howard beat him unconscious at a training camp designed to 'toughen up' the team.

The body of Lady Sattjeni, who archaeologists say was one of the most important figures in the Middle Kingdom, has been discovered in Qubbet el-Hawa, southeast Egypt. Her body was found to be in very good condition, and the remains of her delicate funerary mask was found still on her face. Lady Sattjeni was part of the ruling family of governors in the southern city of Elephantine in around 1800BC, but following the death of all the men, she became the last of the dynasty.

Linda Perez was 18 when she went to the Coral Gables Cosmetic Center in Miami, Florida, in August 2013, where she paid $2,800 for breast implants. But minutes after the surgery, she experienced breathing difficulties and her heart rate and blood pressure dropped drastically. She left the center unconscious and was taken to hospital, where she remained in a coma for months. She had suffered brain damage due to a lack of oxygen to the brain, state records indicate. It later emerged that the doctor who administered her anesthesia is a convicted felon who had previously had his medical license suspended. But despite the family's attorney filing a lawsuit against the clinic, they were able to only recover a limited amount of damages because it has no insurance. Now, her attorney has set up a GoFundMe page for Perez, to help the family with their 'astronomical' medical expenses.

Fitness blogger, Anna Victoria (left, right, center), has caused an Internet frenzy after she posted before and after pictures of her wedding body. Anna, a California native who now lives in Rome, recently got married. She posted the photos at the request of her more than 900,000 followers on Instagram and Facebook. The first photo (left) shows Anna getting ready for her dress a day before her wedding. The second photo (center), which is the one that has caused all of the social media fuss, is of Anna sitting down and 'relaxed'. Anna wrote on the photo: 'Not every angle is your best angle and that's ok.' Several of her followers commended her for showing them her 'sitting belly' and said she made them feel better about their own bodies.

Michael Zellars (left, being restrained by a school resource officer, and inset) is accused of attacking two 16-year-old girls at Lithonia High School in DeKalb County, Georgia, after his daughter pointed them out and claimed they were planning to 'jump her.' Zellars was caught on cell phone video in a brawl (right) with the teenage girls on May 13 and later being restrained by a school resource officer. Both he and the girls are facing charges of misdemeanor battery, obstructing law enforcement and disrupting a public school.

Russian oligarch's teenage son Egor Sosin admits killing his mother Anastasia in a Kazan hotel room. Now he has shown detectives investigating her murder how he did it with a mobile phone cable (left). His mother's body (inset) was found lying across the bed in the blood-splattered hotel room number 914 in December and Sosin, who had a history of drug problems, was found wandering the corridors half dressed. Sosin, who claims he only killed his mother, 44, (pictured together right) because she wanted sex with him and so he tried to 'expel the devil in her', has been told he won't be jailed for the murder. Instead, he will be treated for his mental illness and released.

Nandini, 19, (pictured bottom right) who goes only by her initial name, welcomed her first child on Monday evening at a hospital in Hassan in the southern state of Karnataka, India. Dr Venkatesh Raju, the local health officer, said: 'In my 25 years of experience, I had never seen such a big baby. She is a miracle. I believe she is not only the heaviest baby born in India but the heaviest baby girl ever born in the world.' The baby, who yet-to-be named, (left) surprised everyone including her mother and medics with her sheer size. While the mother's weight hinted at high sugar levels, doctors have confirmed she is not diabetic, which usually causes obesity in new-born infants.

Michael Kirvelay (inset) was shot dead on November 24, 2015, in Columbia Heights as he hid in a room of his sister's cleaning business holding a woman hostage with an unloaded BB gun, police say. Kirvelay, who had a history of mental illness and drug problems, was going through an episode at the time and believed his sister was Satan, police said. The footage was released by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension as part of the debate over expanding the use of police bodycams, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported. Kirvelay, of Montrose, was one of 12 people shot and killed by law enforcement last year in Minnesota. He was armed with a Smith & Wesson M&P; 45 airgun.

Bubba, the adorable puppy who was rescued in a drug bust and found to be addicted to heroin, methamphetamine and nicotine, is now back to his bouncy, playful self after a two-month detox, new videos show. The sweet-natured terrier mix was rescued after police raided a motel room in Tustin, California, on March 22 and arrested his owner and another man. Noticing the dog (pictured soon after his rescue bottom-right) was 'lethargic,' they tested his urine and found traces of the drugs, putting the sickly pup on the path to recovery that he has just now completed.

The cubs, the offspring of Cecil's five-year-old son Xanda, were pictured heading out on a walk with their protective mother inside the 14,000 square mile Hwange National Park. The pictures will delight those devastated by the death of black-maned Cecil (inset right) last July at the hands of American dentist Walter Palmer. The trophy hunter killed the magnificent creature with a bow and arrow, but later said he wouldn't have done it had he known Cecil had a name.

The adorable image shows two-year-old Braylee Davis trying to interact with lowland gorilla Gus at Fort Worth Zoo in Texas by pressing her hands up against the glass. Gus, who was born in December last year, is Fort Worth Zoo's first western lowland gorilla, and his birth was celebrated as a huge conservation success. The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) listed the western lowland gorilla as critically endangered due to hunting and disease.

Horrific Helmet-camera footage captured by the mountain biker showed him riding down a rocky hill at speed in the town of Bicske in Hungary before mistiming a jump and slamming into the ground with a crunch. Writing online after the incident, the man explained that he broke his tibia, fibula, talus and calcaneus, tore his left pectoral and had concussion. Since the crash he has had two surgeries and is hopeful that he will soon be able to walk without a limp.

Italy's most famous photographer, Gianni Berengo Gardin, has spent over half a century capturing a changing world, and now recognises that even his own profession is fading fast. In a major retrospective of his work at Rome's Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Berengo Gardin's black-and-white photographs capture Italy's shift from a largely rural economy to its rapid industrialisation following World War Two.
