Kylie Jenner shows off new 'black metal matte lipstick' from her collection... after her Lip Kits change packaging to deter thieves

Kylie Jenner has unveiled the latest lipstick in her Kylie Cosmetics collection.

The 18-year-old shared a selfie on Instagram on Tuesday to debut the dramatic shade, captioning it: 'Black metal matte lipstick coming soon.'

The snapshot saw Kylie showing off her famous filler-plumped pout, gazing into the camera while sporting a simple grey T-shirt.

The reality star also took a video for the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram page, in which she could be seen modelling the new shade, called Majesty, at different angles.

The latest addition to Kylie's ever growing collection comes after the packaging for her Lip Kits was changed to deter thieves.

The original packaging was so easily identifiable that many of the Lip Kits were being stolen, and the Better Business Bureau revealed in a notification on their website that they received several complaints as a result.

'Currently the BBB is receiving multiple complaints from this company's customers claiming that after ordering and paying for products, some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected,' the notification read.

'The company has informed the BBB that they confirm the weight of items shipped prior to shipping but [they] allege that because of highly-recognizable labeled packaging, containers are being opened and products removed. The company has informed BBB that they will soon be changing the labels on their packages.'

The dripping white gloss that featured on the original boxes, making them instantaneously recognisable, now features only on the inside of the box, and the outside is plain black.

Easily identifiable: The original packaging featured white gloss dripping down the sides, and it is believed that these instantly recognisable boxes were causing the items to be stolen

But the products have been selling out incredibly fast, and many people have been reselling them for a much higher price on sites such as eBay.

Meanwhile the teenager announced on Monday that she and sister Kendall, 20, are releasing a second book in their The Story Of Lex And Livia series.

The sisters, who co-authored the novel with two writers, announced that it will be titled Time Of The Twins and is due out November 15.

Kylie is said to be dating PatryNextDoor, 22, following her split from rapper Tyga. The rumoured couple were spotted taking her Ferrari for a spin together on Monday.
