Ian Halperin, author of Kardashian Dynasty, told The Sun on Wednesday: 'A top Hollywood studio executive told me today that his major studio intends to make a huge offer to the Kardashian family to star in a feature-length film.

'The studio's research showed the Kardashians could become the highest TV-show-turned-movie ever.'

In the years that The Kardashians have been on television, they have extended the family into a next generation, as Kourtney has welcomed three children - Mason, Penelope and Reign - with Scott, and Kim and Kanye now have two - North and Saint.

Further extending the franchise, a spin-off series for Rob Kardashian and his soon-to-be wife Blac Chyna has reportedly been in the pipeline for some time.

Blac is now expecting her first child and at the time that the news was reported, TMZ claimed that the couple were being offered seven-figures to fast-track a show about the pregnancy.

Rob returned to the original show for the first time in years this April, after he famously faded from screens and became a recluse.
