Former glamour model Kathy Lloyd, 48, is far from pin-up status in a zipped up fleece... as she keeps fit 30 years after her Page 3 debut

It's been 30 years almost to the day since Kathy Lloyd made her debut on Page 3, but the 48-year-old was more zip-up than pin-up in London this week.

Still looking remarkably youthful, the former glamour model was a long way from her Playboy days as she went top-to-toe in black without an inch of skin on show.

Now a dedicated mum-of-one, the brunette proved she pays attention to staying in shape as she stepped out in gymwear, sipping on a Diet Coke.

Still at chest-length, Kathy's hair was glossy with a slight bedhead wave and worn in its natural raven colour.

The model kept up with the times, wearing a slick of brown lipstick and a calf-length duster coat over her gymwear.

Kathy certainly seemed to have maintained her lingerie model body and looked lithe in leggings and a sporty top.

In 2005, Kathy Lloyd was voted one of sexiest women in the world, almost 25 years after first appearing in The Sun's Page 3. 

The Welsh model, who was discovered at 17 when she left school to work in retail, was first persuaded the model to go public with her pictures in 1986, by Glamour photographer Beverley Goodway.

She continued her glamour career into lads' mags and went onto feature on the pages of Maxim, Loaded and FHM.

Kathy went on to host Talking Dirty and Kathy Lloyd's Naughty Business on a Granada satellite station in 2002. 

Back in her prime, Kathy sported a fuller face though her buxom physique was much the same and the beauty now regularly shares the shots on her social media pages.

Kathy, who boasted an estimated net worth of £5.28m in 2012, is more focused on her family than modelling these days.

She describes herself as 'very happily married' and is a proud mother to four-year-old daughter Lola.

Responding to one user on Twitter recently, Kathy discussed the future of the modelling industry after Page 3 was temporarily stripped from The Sun newspaper and then put back days later.

Asked whether she thought it would be OK for her daughter to take up the same profession, Kathy said: 'No, not angry at all but I'd be incredibly worried. It's not the same industry it was when I was a model.'

She called her child 'a kind & clever, ball of sunshine,' and celebrated her getting into the number 1 school in London last January.
