This is the best drum software available right now. Obviously don't use the stock drum kits (they're crap). With a couple minutes of editing and putting your own set together you'll be pleasantly surprised. This is a must for recording and live sound. Electric drums (even the TD-30) sound like crap, this does not.

The sound of the drums are great and after the learning curve, they are really enjoyable to use. The are very flexible and make your project just pop. I am very happy with the software and they work very well with the SONAR X3 Studio DAW I recently got. There are a lot of drum software programs available, but this is one of the best.

The sound of these drums with the metal ad pack is great! I am using the software triggered by my Alesis DM8 module which was very easy to set up and works great. My only complain is that I have 6 toms to my drum set and Addictive drums only supports 4 toms. I am still trying to find out if there is a way to expand the set. Other then that it jams!!

Since I got AD ez drummer has been put on hold. My tracks have come back to live. Can't to buy the adpaks. Recommended for any serious music producer that wants to create live sounding tracks.
