Actress Parker Posey is known for her work in independent films, and her humble New York City apartment reflects her low budget lifestyle. 

The Cafe Society star recently put her quaint Greenwich Village apartment on the market for $1.45million - a relative bargain in the Manhattan real estate world where the average apartment sells for $1.9million. 

She she even appears to be posing in photos included in the home's listing.

You won't find a private screening room or spiral staircase in Posey's abode, but it's still 'the most sought after one bedroom layout' at 30 Fifth Avenue. 

That's due in large part to it's East and North exposures that bathe the unit in sunlight all day long, according to the listing.

The multitude of windows paired with 6ft-high beamed ceilings makes the space 'light and airy'. 

Other beautiful features include a marble bathroom, a windowed dining area, original hardwood flooring and an over-sized master bedroom.

The apartment also boasts 'massive' storage space, including three large walk-in closets, that will make any New Yorker happy.  

The building was originally built in 1923 and converted into a co-op in 1970. It is 16 stories tall and includes a landscaped roof terrace that the owners volunteer to keep blooming in the warmer months.
