Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are well known for lending their names to good causes.

And on Wednesday night, they came out to support the annual Big Fighters, Big Cause charity boxing event in Hollywood.

The fundraiser supports the work of the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation that funds diabetes research and childhood diabetes prevention programs.

Cindy, 50, looked stunning as usual in a crisp cream blouse with half-sleeves and an embellished black pencil skirt that revealed her supermodel curves.

She added a statement necklace and brown gladiator-style sandals and wore her long hair in a loose and flattering style.

Her 54-year-old husband Rande wore black jeans and shoes and went shirtless under a black vest and jacket.

Champion boxer Sugar Ray and his wife Bernadette started the annual event in 2009.

The 60-year-old kept it semi-casual wearing an open-necked shirt with a black suit and black canvas lace-up shoes.

Also on hand was Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna.

The 52-year-old reality star and actress looked lovely in a black knee-length dress with buttons down the front.

She was joined by her 14-year-old daughter Amelia Hamlin, the youngest of her two daughters with husband Harry Hamlin.
