'Sometimes you need to close a chapter!' Miranda Lambert shuts Pink Pistol boutique after selling building to her ex Blake Shelton

They once shared a home and a thriving business there.

But now Miranda Lambert is closing down her Pink Pistol boutique in the tiny town of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, after selling the building to her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, according to an AP report.

It seems both country singers, who divorced last year, have plans for the future.

On Wednesday, the 32-year-old blonde revealed she is moving her flagship store in her hometown of Lindale, Texas, to bigger premises and will consolidate the Tishomingo offerings there from the start of August.

'It feels full circle to have everything under one roof, basically where it all began, in my hometown of Lindale,' Miranda told Us Weekly.

'I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the employees who worked hard to help me bring the store in Tishomingo to life, as well as the patrons who came to experience the Pink Pistol and supported the store.

Meanwhile, Blake, who is now dating Gwen Stefani, took to Twitter the same day to reveal that he has 'something brewing' for the building.

'As a resident of Tishomingo, I am very sorry that the Pink Pistol has decided to move its operations out of the area,' the 39-year-old said in a statement.

'We all as a community appreciate everything it has done for our town.

'As for the actual properties left behind, I was offered the opportunity to buy them and I have a plan brewing.'

The Pink Pistol opened in late 2012, drawing tourists and shoppers to the town of 3,000 residents about 115 miles southeast of Oklahoma City.

Look ah-mazing in Falguni & Shane Peacock like Gwen

She just went through a nasty divorce, but Gwen Stefani looked nothing short of amazing at the Billboard Music Awards during Sunday evening. Wearing this embellished mesh gown from Indian design team Falguni & Shane Peacock, she dazzled the crowd while leaving just enough for imagination – No Doubt about that!

We loved the heavily-sequinned structure and hour-glass shape of this gown, which made it stand out among boring black. Channel Gwen’s seductive style if you’re off to a party location this summer, or have a glamorous event coming up!

Gwen’s dress from Falguni & Shane Peacock is custom-made, but click in to their Facebook page to see the rest of their collection and point of sales (right).
