Despite her hectic work schedule, Rachel Hunter always puts some time aside to enjoy with her loved ones.

On Wednesday, the 46-year-old was seen taking her children Renee and Liam Stewart out for lunch at Mauro's café in West Hollywood.

Cutting a relaxed and content figure, the leggy model nailed an off-duty chic look with a trendy leather jacket and black skintight jeans - a stark contrast to her typically glamorous look.

She styled her relatively low-key ensemble with a pale blue shirt and a pair of sneakers, while toting her belongings in a designer suede handbag.

With her blonde tresses scraped away from her face and tied into a carefree bun, the mother-of-two allowed her natural beauty to shine with minimal traces of makeup.

Her 23-year-old daughter opted for a denim jacket and black skinnies, which was teamed with gladiator-style sandals and gold-rimmed shades.

Rachel, who had Renee and son Liam with her ex-husband Rod Stewart, appeared to be in great spirits, flashing a smile as she went inside her car.

The New Zealand native is now based in Los Angeles and has been keeping busy with a new television project.

Her latest venture, a series called Rachel Hunter's Tour of Beauty, has taken her around the world to meet people who believe they hold the secrets to health and looking young.

‘After going on this journey and seeing other cultures, away went that superficial idea of beauty,' she recently told FOX411 when commenting on the show.

'Ideas of beauty are old and need to be shattered.We have no self-acceptance. If we don't enjoy who we are then how can you offer fully any sense of beauty or well-being or longevity?'

Rachel was famously married to English singer Rod, 71, for 16 years before the A-list couple decide to divorce in 2011.
