On Wednesday they were spotted hand-in-hand as they strolled in the Spanish city of Barcelona.

And heavily pregnant Israeli model Bar Refaeli and husband Adi Ezra held hands once again as they wandered in the beautiful city on Thursday.

The besotted 41-year-old millionaire couldn't keep his eyes off his beautiful wife of just eight months.

As the day grew warmer, she took off her jacket and tied it under her tummy, accentuating it even more.

The X Factor Israel host styled her blonde hair in a plait that rested over her shoulder and covered her tresses under a cream straw hat with a black headband.
