'Self love': Jessie J flexes her muscles and toned waist and legs in a bikini in uplifting Instagram snap

She recently thanked her fellow The Voice Australia judges for helping her overcome stress and anxiety.

And it looks like Jessie J is keen on improving her mental and physical wellbeing further as she took to Instagram with an inspiring bikini snap.

Off-setting the uplifting nature of the image with a sepia filter, the 28-year-old singer captioned it: 'My body. My skin. My mind. My heart. #selflove.'
