Picture of Jimmy Carr meeting the Queen sets off an epic internet Photoshop battle as the comedian’s death stare is turned into comedy gold

  • Jimmy Carr and Peter Kay were snapped meeting the Queen in 2012
  • Taken at the Diamond Jubilee Concert, the picture is amusing by itself
  • Carr appears to be confused by the Queen
  • The picture has resurfaced after it fell victim to a keen Photoshopper

Comedians Jimmy Carr and Peter Kay have become the latest celebrities to fall victim to a Photoshopper, who has edited a meeting they had with the Queen back in 2012.

Carr was photographed at the Diamond Jubilee Concert four years ago looking very confused as fellow comedian Kay, was greeted by the Queen.

Now the original photo, which was funny enough to begin with, it has now resurfaced and has been edited using some impressive Photoshop skills by one user on Imgur and has now gone viral.

The first photo shows Kay, dressed as a Beefeater, smiling alongside the Queen with popstar Ed Sheeran to his right and a perplexed-looking Carr to his left.

Carr's dagger stare emits fire in the next edit, which he is breathing over the Queen.

In the third picture, the Photoshopper has then used popular editing app Face Swap to switch Kay's face with the Queen's.

In a somewhat cheeky edit, the Queen is also given a different, more low-cut, bust superimposed onto the original picture.

A popular internet meme, actor Nicolas Cage, is even included in the fun in one image, with his head transplanted on the Queen's body.

In the final edit of the picture, Carr and Kay are left as they are but the Queen has a grumpy-looking cat nestled into her mane of hair

In total the series of photos have had hundreds of thousands of views each.

Jimmy Carr and Peter Kay have yet to comment on the photos.
