Mary-Kate Olsen covers up in oversized coat as she visits a burger joint with sister Ashley after opening their New York store

They just oversaw the opening of their first New York store for their upmarket clothing label The Row. 

And Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen celebrated their success with a well-earned burger on Tuesday. 

While the petite sisters may not look like they often indulge in fatty treats, they were perhaps swayed in their choice of destination by their fellow diner - Mary-Kate's husband Olivier Sarkozy.

For dinner with her new husband and twin sister, Mary-Kate covered up in an oversized ankle length white coat which she wore over a black skirt and delicate strappy sandals.

Ashley was clad in a flowing navy silk outfit, under a long loose jacket.

The pair kept their heads down as they left Black Tap Burger, which as the name suggests specialises in meaty burgers and calorie filled milkshakes.

It has been a busy few months for the Full House twins, who have been micromanaging the design and decoration of their East Coast store.

While the duo opened their first store - in Los Angeles - two years ago, they had to wait until the brownstone they had selected as their New York premises became vacant.

In the intervening period Mary-Kate has become Mrs Sarkozy, having married banker Olivier in an intimate private ceremony in front of 50 guests in Manhattan in November.

Originally famous as the adorable full House twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley halted their acting careers a decade ago and are now a force to be reckoned with in the fashion industry.

Neither one has a public Instagram account but they debuted their first selfie last month when they took over the account of beauty retailer Sephora for a day, as they promoted their Elizabeth And James brand.

In February, the twins revealed to WWD that they are opening their first Elizabeth And James store in July.

The 3,000-square-foot boutique, which will be located at The Grove in Los Angeles, will carry clothes, accessories, jewelry and fragrance from the line.
