Two mothers became embroiled in an argument at an indoor trampoline centre when an autistic child slapped another child in the play area. Barack Obama, left, became the first sitting US President to visit Hiroshima, the site of the world's first atomic strike, laying a wreath to those who died. Obama, who was joined at the ceremony by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, spoke of his desire to see a world without nuclear weapons. Obama said August 6, 1945 'demonstrated that mankind possessed the means to destroy itself'. He said '71 years ago, death fell from the sky.' Later, Obama was embraced by survivors of the attack which claimed the lives of some 140,000 people including a dozen US prisoners of war.

Last Saturday began like many others for Brooke McCartney from Sydney (right). In the morning, she set out to her local salon, Fresh Nails in Rouse Hill, for a run-of-the-mill eyebrow tint and wax. Ruslan Shamsuarov (inset), 20, the son of a Vice-President of Lukoil, Russia's second largest oil company, broadcast the incident on Periscope while a friend was allegedly behind the wheel of his Mercedes G-63 AMG in Moscow. According to local media, a traffic police officer spotted the men heading away from a nightclub in the SUV, worth an estimated £110,000. The officer instructed the car to pull over but the driver allegedly ignored the command and sped away forcing traffic police to give chase. In the clip the youths are seen provoking the police by returning to the place where inspectors were located and making a turn through the double white lines in front of them. The men were later apprehended in a nearby park and the owner of the car was fined 5,000 rubles (£50).

Corey Feldman (left) is sharing shocking new details about the rampant sexual abuse he and other young actors were forced to endure during their years in Hollywood. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter , Feldman discusses how he was repeatedly molested by adult males in the industry, saying these men would pass many young stars 'back and forth to each other.' He also reveals that his closest friend, Corey Haim (top right in 1987, bottom right in The Lost Boys with Feldman), was raped when he was just 11 by a producer, the start of a long cycle of sexual abuse that Feldman believes led to his friend's problems with drugs and alcohol later in life. Haim would struggle with drugs up until his death in 2010 at the age of 38, a death that Feldman blames on the men who abused the actor.

The motorist, 28, was driving his Mitsubishi Magna at Darwin's Dillon Circuit Gray on Thursday night when he lost control and took out the street pole. Images show the pole sitting a hair's breadth from impaling the driver's seat, in what would could have surely could have spelled a tragic end for the lucky driver. Northern Territory police said they suspected alcohol and speed were contributing factors in the crash.

An Anne Arundel County teen lived the dream for millions of young men when he took a professional cheerleader to his high school prom on Saturday. Back in March, Stephen Bieber, 17, of Old Mill High School commented on the Instagram page of Christa Aiken, a cheerleader for the Washington Redskins, asking, '@dcfitchick 100% serious, how many retweets I gotta get on Twitter for you to go to prom with me? 10,000 enough? A diver has plunged to the deepest depths to capture these stunning snaps of an ancient Mayan sinkhole. The deep crater, in the heart of the Mayan forest in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico, is believed to be the site of an ancient Mayan burial ground - the eerie cavern is filled with bones and fossils. The spectacular pictures were taken by French wildlife and underwater photographer Fabrice Guerin, during a trip to find out more about the fascinating sinkhole.

A home video shows Myla I'Anson, from Nottingham, kissing and hugging the TV screen as she watches her unborn sibling writhing around in her mother's womb. 'Oh darling, it's OK... You're going to see her soon,' Myla's mother, Carly Tansley, says from behind the camera in a bid to comfort the toddler. Wiping tears from her eyes, Myla sobs: 'But I love her so much.' The adorable video, which was uploaded to Facebook on Wednesday, has since gone viral after being watched more than 55,000 times.

The middle-aged man had drunk so much alcohol he appeared not to realise he was looking at himself.
