The 46-year-old funnyman waved and clapped along with fans as he made his way through the busy terminal alongside the movie’s directors Andrew Form and Brad Fuller, as well as airport staff.

Will completed his chic off duty look with a blue baseball cap placed firmly on his head, while oozing a cool persona with a pair of retro styled shades.

Stephen on the other hand, attempted to keep a low profile in a charcoal grey jumper and dark trousers.

The Canadian, who made his claim to fame in the TV series Arrow, finished off his travel look with a black cap turned backwards and a sleek pair of sunglasses.

‘Don't let my facial expression fool you. I'm having an absolutely unbelievable time on the#TMNT2 press tour. We are wheels up from JFK... Heading to Australia for the first time!’ he wrote alongside a selfie of himself kicking back on the plane.

Speaking to the New York Daily News, Stephen said he did not need to workout so intensely for the action flick unlike his shirt revealing role in Arrow.

'For "Turtles," which filmed in New York, I didn't have a shirtless scene, so working out was basically was going for some nice runs along the Hudson River,' he told the publication.

'I would literally run from SoHo to the Hudson and then I would just run north for however long I needed to and then come back.'

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is in cinemas from June 9.
