Chris Evans (top right) kicked off the new series by racing Matt Le Blanc (pictured together centre) in two three wheeler cars and by taking a Dodge Viper ACR to Nevada to battle fellow presenter Sabine Schmitz in a Chevrolet Corvette Z06. Ill-tempered celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay (bottom right) and Social Network star Jesse Eisenberg climbed in a suped-up Mini Cooper as part of the show's new Star In A Rallycross Car part of the show. Le Blanc, (top left) who appeared more comfortable when not faced with a live audience in the studio, had to outstrip 'villains' on a variety of vehicles by using a Nomad off roader (bottom left). However, viewers were left less than impressed with the episode with many slamming new host Evans. One poster called the Radio DJ 'cringe' (inset right) while another accused the host of trying to be like former presenter Jeremy Clarkson and added that he was just a 'poor man's' version of the star (inset left).
