Be a cut above like Jennifer in a dress by David Koma

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, Kristen Bell, Mariah Carey and Vanessa Hudgens all attended the NBC Universal Upfronts in New York today, but of course the party don't start until Jennifer Lopez walks in!

The superstar singer looked incredible on the blue carpet, teaming a white cut out dress by David Koma with a pair of matching platform heels. The detailing down the front is both daring and distinctive, and is balanced out nicely by the high neck and long sleeves.

This piece hails from the AW16 collection, but since cut out dresses is what David Koma does best, there are plenty more where this one came from over at FWRD (click right).

Or take your pick from the little white dresses we've rounded up for you in the edit below. This Rare number could give J-Lo's version a run for its money! Style yours with a top knot and barely there heels to allow the dress to do all the talking.

The brunette also shared a photo with Max on Instagram this week where they looked to be having some solid bonding time. Her caption read: 'My little man taking care of mama before the show.'

The I Luh Ya Papi singer and actress does her best to try and alter her schedule to fit in with the kids.

J-Lo added: 'It’s having good people to help you take care of those kids.

'But Emme says, "Can I please stay until the train comes out?"'

And Jennifer also tries to video chat with her kids every day when she can't be with them.

She shared: 'I am busy, and they know it. And they know part of their job is helping me get sleep.

'If I'm sleeping in, they're very quiet, like, 'Mummy needs to sleep! She worked late last night!' We're a team. Becoming a mum makes you stronger but also more gentle, especially with yourself- and that changes everything.'
