They began dating in March 2013, just one month after divorce news broke between him and ex-wife Diane Lane.

And three years later, Josh Brolin and Kathryn Boyd are engaged to be married.

The duo looked more in love than ever as they were spotted on Monday enjoying lunch at a Whole Foods in Los Angeles.

The Sicario actor, 48, wore a black, V-neck top over a pair of denim jeans.

He added a pair of hiking boots, a cap and a set of shades to complete his look.

His former assistant-turned-fiance was casually dressed in a white, ruffle tube top with a pair of camouflage trousers.

Like her famous beau, the model also sported a hat and sunglasses.

For the Memorial Day weekend, Josh and Kathryn embarked on a road trip through Arizona and New Mexico.

On Monday, Josh shared a selfie of him and his lady with a beautiful view of Arizona in the background.

'Sedona, AZ. Morning. Years of visiting here: exploring, searching, wandering, questioning, always in awe. Now, with my love -- easier, complete, less chaotic...no less awed,' he wrote.

Prior to his relationship with Kathryn, Josh was married to Diane Lane for nine years, from August 2004-December 2013.

Diane had previously announced their separation in February of that year.

According to Us Weekly, one month after news broke of their split, Josh began seeing Kathryn in March, who had already been his assistant for two years.

He then proposed to his new lady in May 2015.
