A female impersonator who begged surgeons to remove a large bump on his nose, so he would no longer need to hide behind his make-up, ended up back in the operating room after the skin on his nose started to decay post surgery.

On Tuesday night's episode of the E! reality series Botched, Victor - aka Victoria - 'Pork Chop' Parker asked Los Angeles-based surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif to fix his nose, which he believed looked like 'chopped pork' following a nasal reconstruction in 2009.

'I would rather die trying than live like this the rest of my life, ashamed of who I am,' Victor told the doctors.

Victor explained to the cameras that he no longer felt comfortable leaving his home without make-up and outside the persona of Victoria because of the bump on his nose, which makes him feel like he has a wart on his face.

During his consultation, Victor told Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif that he started having silicone injections done in 1999 by a nurse who set up a secret office in the basement of an actual plastic surgeon's office.

After having the silicone injections, Victor started noticing 'modules' and 'granulomas' — a mass of granulation tissue — on his face.

A decade later, Victor went to a plastic surgeon to have six silicone granulomas removed from his face, in addition to having rhinoplasty.

'Because of what he did, it shifted and now I have a huge granuloma here that is getting bigger and bigger,' Victor told the doctors.

'That is scary,' Dr. Dubrow noted, while Dr. Nassif explained to the cameras that 'injecting silicone destroys the underlying tissue by causing a severe inflammatory response called granulomatosis and it becomes a chronic problem'.

But before they went into the examining room and continued with their consultation, Dr. Nassif told him that they needed to see him without the make-up and more like Victor — not Victoria.

'If I am going to strip down to Victor, they are going to see all of my flaws,' Victor admitted to the cameras. 'They are going to see me as I never want anyone to see me.'

In the examination room the doctors warned Victor of the risks associated with the surgery, but he was adamant about moving forward and said he was 'willing to take the chance'.

'I don't think anything could look worse,' he said of his nose. '[At] least if I try then I know I've done it and I've done it with the very best.'

During Victor's surgery, Dr. Nassif learned that was thought to be a granuloma on his nose was actually a large zit. The discovery left the doctor feeling confident that it would be somewhat easy to fix Victor's nose.

However, a week after his surgery, Victor returned to the doctors' office for a check up, and when Dr. Nassif removed the bandages on his nose, the doctor discovered a serious complication.

The smell Victor had started to notice after the procedure was actually his skin decaying.

'What I didn't want to happen,' Dr. Nassif said. 'He has some tissue death and it's significant.'

Dr. Nassif told Victor that in order to save his nose, they would have go back into the operation room so he could do a 'scar revision and bring in the two edges of normal skin together'.

Despite the complications, Victor's follow-up surgery was a success, and he felt confident to leave his house without make-up for the first time and show everyone his new look.

'It feels amazing because I never thought I'd get here,' he said.
