The two ladies were seen working up a sweat inside the Beverly Hills studio, before stepping up their cardio with a fast run around the block.

And it was obvious the 28-year-old star and her designer pal were paying for their big weekend.

Both women looked like they were pushing themselves to their limits as they ran down the street.

For their sweat session Hilary showed off her toned physique in a pair of black, grey and pink leggings which she wore with a black sports bra and a white tank.

Alisia wore a similar look too but opted for three-quarter leggings without any colour.
