But that did not stop Morgan Freeman from getting excited when he got the chance to lock lips with Marcia Gay Harden at a CBS event in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The 70-year-old was grinning like Cheshire cat after he gave the saucy actress a smooch as they revelled in the atmosphere at the network's Summer Soiree bash.

And no wonder, for the 56-year-old actress was looking great for her age in a figure-hugging red dress, which she twinned with a pair of colour-coordinated high heels.
The single starlet, who won an Oscar for her turn in 2000's Pollock, was certainly popular at the event, with Hawaii Five-0 star Scott Caan also cuddling up for a photograph.
But she was far from the only fine filly who was turning heads at the star-studded event.

For House favourite Odette Annable, 30, was looking in fine form indeed after she trotted down the red carpet in an eye-catching monochrome dress, which she couple with a pair of open-toed leather shoes.
The Suite Life on Deck star Brenda Song, 28, was another who looked a knockout in red, with her billowing ilk number showcasing her slender frame to the maximum.
Others who looked fabulous at the event included TV journalist Julie Chen, The Office actress Amy Pietz and everyone's favourite Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Rachel Bloom.

Morgan joked about how he broke new ground early in his career when he was honoured at the Geffen Playhouse Annual Fundraiser last week.
He said: 'My first real career break was on Broadway in 1967 when I landed a part in Hello, Dolly.
