Our Client — international company is looking for Training & Development Manager:

Main responsibilities:

Training activities:

  • Plan, develop and implement training that address organization wide and streams specific training and development needs to enhance leadership and personal effectiveness and compliance with corporate policies and guidelines to support employee career development and progression;
  • Assess and determine the quality and content of training including course design, program evaluations with participants and their line managers, training materials and learning reinforcement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving goals and objectives of the organization;
  • Develop and deliver content for internal trainings to enhance corporate values, implement HR tools and processes to develop necessary soft, leadership and functional skills;
  • Select inside and outside consultants and programs and evaluate their effectiveness;

Performance management and development processes:

  • Manage implementation of performance management and personal development tools, techniques across organization;
  • Develop and ensure delivery of training that helps managers and employees conduct performance evaluations and development planning discussions;
  • Organize and facilitate performance evaluation sessions, succession planning discussions with leaders to create and sustain internal talent pool;
  • Provide career and personal development coaching to employees and team leaders;
  • Contribute to Human Resources special projects and Talent, Learning and Organizational Development initiatives.

Main requirements:

  • High education (preferable in pedagogics, management)
  • 3 years work experience in training and development area:
  • Expertise in modern learning and andragogical methods and tools
  • Performance and talent management
  • Coaching, facilitation and presentation skills, stakeholder management
  • Negotiation, impacting and convincing skills
  • Project and Change Management skills, decision making abilities
  • Tendering, contract negotiations and contract management
  • Basic financial knowledge;
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate: spoken and written).
