She goes onto explain that she keeps the account anonymous because it is her way of expressing herself.

One video shows the woman display a yoga flow, which is a series of poses created with smooth motion transitions between them.

She begins by gripping her foot with one hand and lifting it to move into a pose known as the lord of the dance.

Next, she rolls herself down into a standing forward bend before making a smooth motion to lift her head up, kick her feet out and stretching into a cobra pose and then downward dog.

The goal of her popular Instagram account, she explains, is to combine her passions of yoga and photographer, but also help others love themselves.

'I think the most important thing I have learned from yoga is that confidence and loving your body starts in our mind,' she says.

'I think showing my body naked... it's just art,' she states in the second video.

Nude Yoga Girl, originally gained fame for her beautiful photos, shot with strategic lighting to conceal her more intimate parts to comply with Instagram's controversial nudity policy.

'It's absolutely good that Instagram has guidelines,' the girl wrote following having a couple of her images removed from the site. 'Now I'm gonna Photoshop nipples away (they were under a shadow before). Not so real now, but I want to follow guidelines of course!'

The social media star, a former model, has always been insistent that her work is meant to help promote body acceptance in others.

The tagline for her account is in line with this body-positive philosophy, reading: 'You are beautiful exactly the way you are.'

'With my account I want to inspire people to realize that everybody is very beautiful and capable of [doing] amazing things with their bodies. Yoga helped me accept my body exactly the way it is,' she said.

The images show the woman's skill for photography as well as her impressive fitness. Each black and white shot on her account display complex planning to pull it off.

Photos show her pulling off everything from headstands and amazingly flexible poses to resting positions, all practiced and immaculately set up before she asks her boyfriend to come and press the camera's button.

A few problems: Only three of her photos have been taken down so far by Instagram, which bans female nipples and buttocks

'Some photos succeed straight away and other take several shots to get right,' she told Daily Mail Online last year. 'I want the lines of the body to be precise in the pictures.'

'I wanted to make the photos look very simple and minimalistic; I thought black and white would work the best for this,' she told New York Magazine's The Cut last year.

'It's also easier to hide the intimate parts of your body with shadows. In real life we see everything in color, and by doing black-and-white photos the nudity doesn't come across so aggressively but in a more artistic way.'

After snapping the pictures, she also employed a bit of Photoshop to 'shadow the most intimate parts' in order to ensure that they would be publishable on the website.
