And Hilary Duff was mixing up her workout regime with a rock climbing class in Los Angeles on Friday, cutting a sporty figure as she arrived at her local gym.

The 28-year-old actress was showcasing her athletic figure in a pair of green leggings and a loose T-shirt as she prepared to work up a sweat.

Hilary went make-up free for her exercise session, looking incredibly fresh-faced.

The former Lizzie McGuire star tieed a plaid shirt around her waist and carried her belongings in a suede bag.

The TV favourite wore her blonde locks pulled back in a loose ponytail and peered out from beneath a baseball cap.

She's often spotted at the gym, and it's clear that all those workouts are paying off for Hilary.

The star highlighted her sculpted figure on Thursday as she left lunch at Sugarfish in Beverly Hills.

Hilary was sporting a pair of skintight jeans, along with a white top that was knotted at her waist.

The actress also wore studded beige ankle boots with chunky heels, and had an oversized tan suede bag slung over one shoulder.

Hilary - who accessorised with gold bangles and a pendant necklace - appeared to be wearing just a touch of make-up under her large cat-eye sunglasses, and pulled her blonde hair into a bun.

The former Disney star carried a box of leftovers following her sushi meal.

Hilary maintains her fit physique with a combination of interval training, yoga and Pilates, and also works with a personal trainer.

Meanwhile the blonde beauty was recently spotted sharing a goodbye kiss with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.

The former couple, who are parents four-year-old son Luca, announced their separation in January 2014 after three and a half years of marriage. They finalised their divorce in February.

Hilary is currently starring alongside Sutton Foster in the TV show Younger, which was created by Sex And The City's Darren Star.
