Riding in style! Hunky Dwayne Johnson towers above co-star Kevin Hart in London as they promote new flick Central Intelligence

Dwayne Johnson is set to shed his impossibly muscled physique for the role of a CIA spy, who was overweight as a teen.

But the weight gain was evidently not real as the 44-year-old former professional wrestler once again flaunted his fine-tuned body infront of a bus and taxi to promote his new flick Central Intelligence, alongside co-star Kevin Hart.

The talented actors put on a lively display as they posed together on Sunday- where Dwayne inevitably towered above the comedian, 36.

Flying in to London earlier this weekend, the duo wanted to engage in a spot of London sight-seeing and low and behold, they were presented with two forms of aptly designed transportation.

A big yellow bus saw Dwayne plastered across the side as he held on to a gun, while the credits of the movie were printed alongside.

The taxi on the other hand saw Kevin standing in a similar pose with a gun and the funnyman took to Instagram to explain why they fronted different vehicles.

'Our means of transportation today in the UK....I choose the Taxi because I'm small & @therock choose the bus because he's big!!! Yup it was that simple.... #centralintelligence #hittingtheatersjune17th,' he captioned the fun image.

The pals also stood on the steps of the lavish Corinthia Hotel where they took a number of selfies before going on to capture elements of their jam-packed day ahead.

In the film Central Intelligence, the former professional wrestler plays a CIA spy who was bullied in high school because of his weight.

Rawson Thurber, the director of the comedy, revealed that they used special effects to superimpose The Rock's face onto Vine star Sione Kelepi's body for his flashback 'Fat Robbie' scenes from high school, according to Entertainment Weekly

Rawson told EW: 'When I was working on the script, this light bulb went off in my head where I thought, "Of course the kid who was bullied in high school, who was a little overweight with acne scars, would transform himself into The Rock."'

In a process that took six months in post-production, Weta Digital, a visual effects company, used 3-D face scans, CG animation and performance capture to superimpose The Rock's face onto Sione's, according to the website.

Sione, who starred in Meghan Trainor's All About That Bass music video, initially gained fame through his Vine.

'I didn't want to ask Dwayne to drink a ton of milkshakes. And fat suits, no matter how good they are, always end up looking like fat suits,' Rawson explained to EW.

The digital effects company also used CG animation to make The Rock's face look younger for the flashback 'because he's supposed to be 18 during the scene,' he added.

He recently wrapped filming on a Baywatch movie alongside Zac Efron and Bollywood babe Priyanka Chopra and has just signed on to star in a Jumanji remake.ok
