It's all too often a food which is shunned by those on a diet, but TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou hopes to change people's perceptions of bread.

The 24-year-old models in a series of sexy activewear outfits as she pulls out some serious workout poses, flaunting her toned abs and slim physique, while praising the virtues of the humble loaf.

With leggings which have the words 'Powered by bread' written along the side, the pretty range is inspired completely by bread and the energy it gives us.

In fact, 59% of women aged 18-34 don’t think bread is a healthy source of carbohydrate and only a fifth (22%) would consider eating bread when they need to up their energy levels before exercising. 

Georgia herself has included bread as part of her workout diet to help her reach her goals.
