A tiny home that could be the smallest in all of Colorado is up for sale.

The 'micro-cabin' is set on 35 acres in Northern Colorado and can be purchased for $66,900.

Sitting just before the Wyoming border, the tiny wooden home is only 120 square feet and has only one room, but is enough space for anyone in love with ski country.

The home has a unique rustic look with a wooden awning, bleached-wood exterior and cozy inside just big enough for a bed.

It also includes a range of 'mountain amenities', such as a picnic table, outdoor chairs, indoor shelves, curtains, and grill.

Even though the four-year-old home itself is small, the rolling 35-acre plot is plenty for those who need space to roam.
