New Knicks coach upstaged by bombshell daughter

The New York Knicks officially unveiled Jeff Hornacek as their new coach Friday — but it was his gorgeous daughter, Abby, who stole the spotlight.

The 5-foot-10 blond bombshell beamed in a slinky, Knicks-blue-colored sundress and strappy nude sandals as she cheered on her dad at a press conference at the team’s training facility in Tarrytown, Westchester.

No stranger to the basketball court, Abby is a part-time sportscaster for Fox News San Diego who graduated from the University of Southern California, where she played sand volleyball.

The 22-year-old sorority gal — who frequently updates her Instagram feed with snaps of herself hard at work — will be courtside this summer as she reports on the NBA’s Summer League in Las Vegas.

Meanwhile, Hornacek, 53, has his work cut out for him.

His new team hasn’t won a championship since 1973 and for the third consecutive season failed to make the playoffs.

“If you want to win, what better place to win than New York,” Hornacek said at an introductory press conference. “I know we can do great things.”

He signed onto the Knicks with a three-year, $15 million contract, sources said, after getting canned as head coach of the Phoenix Suns after 2¹/₂ seasons.

His new gig was the result of a six-hour mid-May meeting with team president Phil Jackson in California.

They sealed the deal on May 18 after reuniting again at Nino’s Tuscany Steakhouse in Manhattan.

“We have a lot of good pieces on the roster. When we go into the season, that’s the goal for the team — get back in the playoffs,” Hornacek said.

Wife Stacy and sons Tyler and Ryan were also at the press conference.
