They're over! Hilary Swank, 41, abruptly ends her three month engagement to tennis pro Ruben Torres

They only got engaged in March.

But Hilary Swank has already called it off with professional tennis player Ruben Torres.

On Monday People revealed the two have gone their separate ways. This comes after the Oscar-winning beauty, 41, was seen without her engagement ring on at the French Open on Saturday.

The Affair Of The Necklace actress also deleted her engagement announcement from Instagram and Twitter.

Swank and Torres started dating a year ago and became engaged in March while they were on a hike.

He had presented the Million Dollar Baby star with a diamond and emerald ring.

After she became engaged the movie actress shared a photo on Twitter: 'Sooooooo this happened!!! #heputaringonit LOL #loveisintheair ... And then this happened.... #sealedwithakiss (sic)"

Meanwhile, the Amelia star previously revealed she made a 'vow' to spend more time with her loved ones.

She said: 'I made a vow to myself a couple of years ago to spend more time with my family and my loved ones. None of us knows how long we have on this planet so it's important to never take a moment for granted.'

And Hilary recently admitted she has turned down several movies in order to care for her father who is recovering after undergoing a lung transplant.

She said: 'I'm his sole caretaker right now. It's a certain amount of time, but in a lifespan it's a blink of an eye. There's been job opportunities I've passed on, and things that I said I can't, but really what we're here for is our family.

'There is nothing I want to do more other than being with my dad in this time of need. And if it wasn't me taking care of him, I think I would always look back and regret that opportunity to be able to care of him and help him through this extraordinary time.'

Swank was spotted without her ring as she watched the 2016 French Open on Saturday. She wore black and chatted with a female friend. Also at the game was Leonardo DiCaprio who stuck close to his male friends.

The Boys Don't Cry star was married to actor Chad Lowe - who is the brother of Rob Lowe - for 10 years. They divorced in 2007.

Swank dated agent John Campisi from 2006 until 2012. And from 2012 until 2015 the Vogue cover girl was dating Laurent Fleury.
