Did Mourinho call Chelsea doctor Caneiro a 'daughter of a whore'? Staggering legal documents reveal arguments from both sides as boss faces TWO-DAY grilling
Eva Carneiro, pictured today with husband Jason De Carteret, claims Jose Mourinho, right yesterday, berated, sexually harassed and then demoted her and Chelsea did 'nothing to stop it'. The former first team doctor, 42, is claiming constructive dismissal against Chelsea and has a separate, but connected, personal legal action against Mourinho for alleged victimisation and discrimination. The tribunal will hinge on whether Mourinho yelled: 'Filha de puta [daughter of a whore]' or 'filho de puta [son of a b***h]' when she ran on to the pitch to treat Chelsea star Eden Hazard during a home game last August, inset. Mourinho has employed a swearing expert from the University of Oxford to prove he said 'son of a b***h', and denies it was aimed at the doctor, calling it the Portuguese equivalent of 'f*** off'. On an extraordinary first day of the tribunal Chelsea hit back, claiming that Dr Carneiro has already turned down a £1.2million pay off, had demanded a huge pay rise and compensation and was hungry for fame.

Djokovic poses with French Open trophy after beating Murray to seal career slam
Novak Djokovic was all smiles on Monday as he proudly posed with the French Open trophy that had proved thus far elusive from his grand slam haul. In a photo session at the Place de la Concorde in Paris, the Serbian ace held aloft his trophy, following his 3-6 6-1 6-2 6-4 victory over Andy Murray on Sunday. It was his 12th appearance at Roland Garros, more than any other début winner in the tournament's history.
There used to be the big four, now tennis has a big one... MARTIN SAMUEL on the unstoppable rise of Djokovic
MARTIN SAMUEL IN PARIS: On the weekend when the world said goodbye to a sportsman known to all as The Greatest, it is perhaps time to consider the achievements of Novak Djokovic. Not by way of comparison, obviously. The timing would be crass, the argument unwinnable; boxing and tennis bear scant resemblance aside from the gladiatorial aspect of two men in a rectangle. Yet does Djokovic have an active equal in the world of sport right now? And has there ever been a tennis player quite like him? Not in close on 50 years at least.

Del Bosque says Spain will learn from their World Cup debacle as they pose for photo
Spain coach Vicente del Bosque said La Roja will learn from their 2014 World Cup nightmare and become the first side to win a third successive European Championship. After winning the European title in 2008 and 2012 and a first World Cup in 2010, Spain did not cope with the pressure of being favourites in Brazil and were knocked out in the first round. 'One has to differentiate between an aim and an obligation,' Del Bosque told Marca on Monday.

Are you watching, Roy? Defoe comes off bench to score twice as Mourinho takes in Soccer Aid match from Old Trafford stands
ENGLAND 3-2 REST OF THE WORLD - JACK GAUGHAN AT OLD TRAFFORD: The cheers and screams were louder than anything heard at Old Trafford for a good while as Jermain Defoe scored twice to give England victory against the Rest of the World at Soccer Aid. Five goals, a couple of them exquisite, represented more excitement than seen here for months under Louis van Gaal; the cheers of adoring teenagers for One Direction pair Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson were more pronounced than this place has been used to recently. That will change with the arrival of Jose Mourinho, of course, who watched on from the directors' box before departing moments from the end.

MIKE DICKSON AT ROLAND GARROS: Who was the last Spanish woman to win Wimbledon? It is a trivia question that often stumps people, but it may not be so for too much longer.
