The results are in! Coco Rocha flashes some skin in daring cutaway LBD after asking Instagram followers for help in choosing her CFDA dress

Before walking the red carpet at the CFDA Fashion Awards, she enlisted her fans to help her choose which little black dress she should wear for the big night.

And Coco Rocha ultimately made the executive decision on Monday night in New York, opting for the stylish little black dress with a mock turtleneck and sexy cut-outs above her cleavage and around her slim waistline.

The figure-hugging midi dress comes from the model's own line of high fashion ensembles called Co+Co.

The Canadian beauty pulled her long raven locks into a slicked back high ponytail she remarked in an Instagram selfie was an 'old school Coco beauty look.'

As for makeup, Rocha stayed true to her dramatic self with a shimmery smokey eye, bronze contour and peachy pout.

Accessories were kept to a minimum, save for a diamond-shaped pair of statement earrings and peep-toe satin pumps.

Actor and TV personality Joel McHale hosts the awards show which is held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York.

Having few connections to the fashion industry the 44-year-old said guests should be ready for him to poke fun at proceedings.

He told New York Times: 'If you don’t have a sense of humor about yourself, you’re not going to enjoy it. It’s a pretty short monologue, so it has to be packed. I’m not going to be like, "Now I will take this person out for the next two minutes."

'On the other hand, it would be very strange for me to do a lot of jokes complimenting my subject.'
