But Reese Witherspoon doesn't skip out on healthy eating and exercise despite her hectic routine.

The 40-year-old Wild star picked up a vitamin-packed green smoothie after working out with a girlfriend in Brentwood, California on Monday.

And Reese's strict exercise regimen is clearly paying off, as she showcased her slim legs in skintight gym leggings.

She teamed the cropped tights with a black sweatshirt that was layered over a royal blue tank top.

The Oscar-winning actress skipped the cosmetics, allowing her youthful appearance and flawless complexion to shine through.

Her blonde friend also dressed sporty in a white zip-up workout jacket with cropped grey leggings and trainers with lavender laces.
