Taylor Swift fan who taught herself to sew recreates the singer's most iconic outfits in her bedroom - and they're so good even the singer mistakes the photos for herself

A teenager has proved that she is one dediacted Taylor Swift fan by creating the singer's most iconic outfits in her bedroom.
Lotte Lutjes, 18, from the Netherlands, wears designs that are so convincing even the star has mistaken Lotte for herself.
Lotte first began re imagining Taylor's wardrobe in 2014 when she and her friends attended the singer's Red tour.

Lotte Lutjes has been recreating outfits worn by Taylor Swift for the past two years
Struggling to find a red ring leader costume that is worn by the singer in her We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together video, Lotte decided to make it herself.
With the help of her grandmother she produced a near identical outfit and the experience inspired her to take up sewing classes.
Since then the creative has set about recreating some of the star's most famous red carpet looks and ensembles from her tours.

Sharing her creations on her Instagram account, her accurate depictions have earned her a loyal following of almost 6,000.
Her uncanny creations have even been spotted by Taylor Swift herself, who mistakenly thought the photos that Lotte shared were of her.
After sharing a photo of herself wearing sunglasses and lipstick she wrote: 'Since apparently red lips and ray bans turn you into Taylor I thought I would give it a try.'

After doing so, Lotte took up sewing lessons which is where her passion for recreating the outfits came from

The star then reblogged the photo on her Tumblr account, writing: 'Lol I thought this was me.'
The superfan has described this moment as 'life changing' and has even had Taylor's comment printed on a T-shirt.

Lotte says that dressing like her idol has really helped to boost her confidence
She says that recreating her idol's outfits has changed her life for the better.
Speaking to Seventeen she said: 'I've felt really left out and useless at times, but this honestly felt like a whole new world!
'The costumes definitely make me feel more confident. Not because I look like Taylor in them- that's not my main goal! I just love making them and they make me feel fierce.
'She (Taylor) taught me how to deal with feeling left out and alone and so much more.'
