Alexandria Duval charged with sister's murder after car crash

A yoga expert has been accused of intentionally driving her car off a 200ft cliff in Hawaii killing her twin sister, who was in the passenger's seat. Alexandria Duval, 37, (pictured inset and on the left of main) was allegedly arguing with her twin sister Anastasia while at the wheel of their Ford Explorer when it hit a rock wall and veered off a cliff in Maui, smashing onto a rocky shoreline below. Anastasia was pronounced dead at the scene while Alexandria was taken to a hospital in critical condition. Court documents say the vehicle's air-bag control module shows the driver didn't attempt to brake before accelerating, making a hard left and crashing into a wall. The twins opened their first yoga studio in Palm Beach Gardens in 2008 and another in West Palm Beach in 2011. But they left the state after closing the studios with no notice in 2014 without paying employees or reimbursing customers. They resurfaced in Park City, Utah, and opened another studio but filed for bankruptcy that year too. Both sisters have lengthy criminal records. In Utah, the pair were arrested in five separate incidents linked to alcohol, according to GossipExtra,

Hillary Clinton declared presumptive Democratic nominee by Associated Press

Hillary Clinton was declared the winner of the Democratic nomination this on Monday as she campaigned in Los Angeles. The Associated Press, which runs the premiere delegate-tracking service, first made the call and was quickly followed by NBC News, CBS and CNN. Almost eight years from the day that she bowed out of a tight race against Barack Obama, Clinton made history with the announcements, becoming the first woman to top a major political party's ticket in the United States. AP determined tonight that Clinton had enough superdelegates in her corner to win the nomination at this summer's convention without the votes that will be cast in Tuesday's elections in six states and one final contest next week in the District of Columbia. 'According to the news we are on the brink of a historic, historic, unprecedented moment,' Clinton said at a rally in Long Beach, California.

Hillary Clinton delivered a speech on inequality in a $12,495 Giorgio Armani jacket, as

NEW Hillary Clinton has been giving herself a major wardrobe upgrade, sporting a series of designer suits on the campaign trail - including a $12,495 Armani jacket she wore for a speech about inequality when she won the New York primary. Clinton even tried out a $4,000 jacket in rural Iowa. Experts put the cost of the upgrade at six figures. It's a turnaround for a candidate who used to regularly make fun of herself for her own penchant for pantsuits. It's hard to complain about the result: Clinton will lock up the needed amount of pledged delegates during primaries Tuesday.

'I think it was a stupid mistake, which Secretary Clinton and her staff have admitted,' he told DailyMail.com. 'So far, there doesn't seem to be anything....an indictable offense there.'

New York Shawshank prisoners seduced 'flirtatious' married prison worker into daily sex

WARNING - GRAPHIC CONTENT: David Sweat and Richard Matt exploited Joyce Mitchell in the months leading up to their escape from Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, New York, according to a damning report. The revelations were uncovered in a widespread investigation into the escape of the two murderers. It concluded that the men should have been caught 400 times before their widely publicized prison break. Over time, Mitchell's and Matt's relationship turned sexual. Micthell admitted to giving Matt oral sex and even made printouts of naked photos of her. Another inmate said Matt asked him to be a lookout during one of his sexual encounters with Mitchell during a work shift. According to the inmate, Matt said: 'I'm gonna get that . . . I'm gonna take her in the room, we already talked about it, she's saying I can, I gotta be quick.'
