The former TOWIE star was busy reminiscing about a beach break as she got ready for a Monday morning workout, sharing a racy throwback snap on Twitter.

'Where I’d rather be on a Monday morning time to workout instead,' Lucy moaned to her followers alongside a crying emoji.

On Sunday the star was enjoying some time off from her hectic schedule, basking in the sunny weather back home in Essex.

While Sunday was spent in the sun, Lucy spent Saturday at work at her boutique store in Brentwood, Essex.

The fitness fanatic rocked a black leather jacket over a billowing black and white tie-dye dress with a thigh-high split as she strolled to work.

The brunette beauty showed off her lithe limbs on her way to her store and ensured she was comfortable for her time on the shop floor in a pair of white pumps.

She stored her belongings in a trendy leather handbag and covered her eyes with an oversized pair of metallic shades.

Her brunette tresses with their dip-dyed ends fell neatly on her shoulders as she sauntered from her car.

The gymnast said: 'I wanted to make the decision to end it sooner rather than later.

'I could have stayed with Lucy but the longer I left it, the more attached she would feel and the more damage it would have done in the future.

‘It was hard, but if it’s not right, it’s not right and I wanted to make the decision to end it sooner rather than later.'

Lucy and Louis are said to have called time on their long-distance romance just weeks after a romantic break in Thailand over the athlete's reluctance to get married and start a family.

While the couple spoke openly about their future plans, Lucy reportedly felt as though the sportsman had 'really led her on' in leading her to believe he was ready to settle down.
