She's known for her love of healthy eating and working out. 

And Davina McCall has become so body confident that she no longer needs to wear clothes around the house... well almost. 

The 49-year-old mother-of-three showed off her fantastic abs in a navy and white sporty bikini which proved all her hard work has paid off.

Brandishing a large oven glove, she simply captioned the image with the words: '#clothesicookin.' 

It's little wonder that the television presenter wants to show off her look as she regularly posts pictures of her physique on social media. 

She recently posted a snap of herself in her workout gear, posing in a sports bra and leggings.

The TV star proudly shows off her gym-honed figure in the selfie as she gushes about her new pink trimmed kit from her collaboration with Florence & Fred Active.

Going virtually makeup free the mother of three looks ready for the gym in grey leggings teamed with a black and pink mesh sports bra. 

A pair of neon pink trainers and a gold pendant finish off her look, while her dark locks are tied back into an effortless up do.

Davina seemed impressed with her new gymwear, gushing in the caption: 'Love my new kit! Amazing support in the top !!! No bouncy boobs!! Love love the bottoms X thank you @fandfclothing.'

Another snap shared by the star on Thursday sees her showing off a pretty star and moon necklace as she poses in a strapless top, showing off a golden tan after her beach getaway last week.  

Davina, who is mother to Holly,14, 12-year-old daughter Tilly and son Chester nine, revealed last month that going through the menopause has been a 'powerful' experience, prompting her to reassess her life and her career.

The stunning star, who recently launched her new ITV show Life At The Extreme, says she is currently peri-menopausal, and that the experience has made her feel 'reborn as a woman'.

'I have to admit, I did go slightly into mourning when I thought I couldn’t have any more children,' the presenter told The Mirror.

'But I now feel I am being reborn as a woman. It’s an interesting feeling, it’s quite powerful in a way. What do I want, where am I going?'
