Glee's Mark Salling visits a 7-Eleven in LA just days after posting $150,000 bail and pleading not guilty to child pornography charges
On Friday, Mark Salling pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges and posted $150,000 to keep himself jail free ahead of his sentencing.
On Tuesday, the 33-year-old actor was spotted utilizing his semi-freedom as he left an LA area 7-Eleven.
As part of his release, the former Glee star submitted to additional terms, including a requirement to wear a monitoring device at all times.

For his convenient store run, Mark threw on a basic black tank top, matching sandals and army print cargos.
His monitoring device was not visible, most likely hidden underneath his trousers.
As he made his way out, the actor kept his head down, eyes focused on the ground as he walked.

In December, authorities were tipped off by an ex-girlfriend of the star in regards to his alleged possession of child pornography, according to Crime Watch Daily.
Police forced entry into the home, after Mark would not answer when they called his name.
He also refused to give up his passwords, forcing the authorities to take hold of his electronic devices.
At that time, he had a bail of $20,000, which he paid.

On Friday, Mark headed to court where he pleaded not guilty to charges brought before him, according to the AP.
He posted $150,000 bail, $100,000 of which was reportedly paid for by himself.
The actor's attorney surrendered his passport. He was also ordered to wear a monitoring bracelet, submit to drug tests and obtain approval prior to using the internet.
This is only the beginning of Mark's troubles.
It's been decided that he will face two charges of owning and receiving child pornography, where he could face up to 40 years behind bars.
A trial date has been set for July.
