At just 5ft tall, Kourtney Kardashian is the smallest of her famous siblings.

So it made for a slightly awkward photo as she posed with tall English model and Capital Breakfast presenter Lilah Parsons on Wednesday night.

The reality TV star looked diminutive next to Lilah, who at 5ft 10in towered over the American, as they attended a Manuka Doctor event in London.

The mother-of-three, 37, showed off her trim gym-honed physique in a black and grey bardot top and skinny trousers as she arrived at the central London photocall, as she was officially unveiled as MD's Global Brand Ambassador.

In a recent interview with E! News, Kourtney admitted she had been using Manuka honey for years for a variety of reasons.
