'Love him more and more every day:' Kristin Cavallari shares sweet message to quarterback husband Jay Cutler as they celebrate third wedding anniversary

They've been married for three years.  

And Kristin Cavallari, 29, took to Instagram to celebrate a romantic night out with her Bears quarterback husband Jay Cutler, 33, as they celebrated their anniversary on Tuesday.

The former Hills star appeared in high spirits as she cuddled up to Jay in the back of a limo, while toasting their third anniversary with a glass of champagne.

'Happy anniversary to my man!' she wrote.

'I truly love him more and more everyday and there's no one else I would rather be on this wild ride with,' she wrote.

And she added the hashtags '#Sober' and '#JayDoingHisBestBlueSteel.' 

The Balancing In Heels author wore her husband's black jacket, while Jay's bow tie was untied after their night on the town. 

The couple are parents of sons Camden, 3, Jaxon, 2, and daughter Saylor, 6 months.

The gorgeous blonde and the Chicago Bears quarterback were initially engaged in April 2011 but briefly split later that year.

They later reconciled and got engaged again, tying the knot in Nashville back in 2013. Their first son, Camden Jack, was a member of the processional, pulled in a wagon by two flower girls before Kristin walked down the church aisle. 

And the reality star has been open about how therapy has helped to keep their marriage on track, telling SiriusXM’s Wake Up With Taylor that it 'saved our relationship.'

'We don’t have a perfect relationship,' she said. 'You know, we work on it. We’re in therapy.'

'And I think it’s so good for each person individually as well. I realized why I react certain ways to certain things, and you learn great tools for communication, which is the most important thing.'
