The adorable duo were spotted on Wednesday going to a party supplies store together in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Santa Monica.

The two could be seen holding hands as they arrived to the shop filled with fun kid friendly supplies.
The supermodel looked to be on the hunt as she perused various party favors and balloons.
But the duo appeared to have made their choices as they were later seen carrying fun balloons.

The 35-year-old is engaged to Jamie Mazur and in addition to Noah they share daughter Anja, seven.
Alessandra - who has dated Jamie since 2008 - appeared in good spirits as her film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows premiered on Friday.
