England's John Stones and Eric Dier took their minds off of the upcoming European Championship by taking part in the internet's latest viral dance craze, 'The Running Man Challenge'.
The trend involves people trying to pull off the 'running man' dance move to the tune of Ghost Town's 1996 hit 'My Boo' and was started three weeks ago by college basketball players.
It has since been attempted by NFL and NBA athletes, and now Three Lions stars Dier and Stones have jumped on the bandwagon and posted a video of them busting some moves on Instagram.

But all of a sudden they stand up and attempt The Running Man Challenge, the internet's latest dance craze
The talented duo will want to enjoy themselves just as much against Russia, who England face on Saturday
England fans will be hoping the talented young duo can strut their stuff on the pitch as well as off it when they face Russia on June 11 in Marseille, as Roy Hodgson's men look to improve on their dire showing at the 2014 World Cup.
Dier has just seven caps for his country and only made his international debut in November but is already seen as an integral part of the England starting line-up and is a cert to start on Saturday evening.
Stones, will most likely have to settle for a place on the bench after a turbulent season with Everton, who will try and keep the coveted 22-year-old at Goodison Park beyond this summer.
The former Barnsley youth graduate has been consistently linked with a move away from Everton over the last year, but the arrival of majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri and imminent appointment of Ronald Koeman could convince Stones to stay on Merseyside.
But for now his focus will be on helping England achieve European Championship glory for the first time in their history, and surprisingly to some they are among the favourites to lift the trophy.
The squad will travel to Marseille tomorrow ahead of their opening clash with the Russians, with many unsure of the system and personnel Hodgson will use.
