The woman was at his home on April 29, when she claims he offered her something to drink, which she accepted.

She told authorities that after about 30 minutes, she felt disoriented and believed that he drugged her.

Marshals said the victim passed out shortly afterwords and the professor then allegedly sexually assaulted her against her will.

The victim attempted to push Ralston away but was not successful in doing so, WSVN reported.

She was transported back home after being found in Ralston's driveway, NBC 6 reported.

A video of the alleged sexual assault was captured by his home security system and was retrieved from his home on May 1 by detectives with the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
